The Kitchen

Our rental has a full and usable kitchen, stocked with most pots and pans for the average meal preparation.  Utensils, dinnerware, glassware (and some plastic cups for pool use), cooking utensils and SHARP knifes!  Our units also have a Ninja Blender, perfect for making Arizona Prickly Pear Cactus Margaritas!  (yes, our rentals have the secret prickly pear syrup needed for this) 

Our Microwave, and electric oven with glass-top heating elements is ready to cook your meals!  

Coffee Makers

We supply 3 different coffee making devices, to accommodate as many of our guests coffee needs.

Our rental units use the Keurig K-Elite Coffee Maker. The Keurig K-Elite single serve coffee maker features Strong Brew for when you want to brew a bolder cup of coffee, and an Iced button to brew hot over ice for a refreshing, full-flavored iced coffee. It features five brew sizes, so you can brew your favorite coffee, tea, hot cocoa, or iced beverage at the touch of a button. We supply a few coffee K-Cups to get your first few mornings going! We change out the Keurig water filter with each rental, ensuring each cup of coffee is the best possible.

We also supply the Mr. Coffee 12 Cup Switch coffee maker. Enjoy great drip coffee; just turn it on, brew, and enjoy. Grab-a-Cup Auto Pause pauses the brewing cycle so you can pour a cup, and then continues brewing until complete. The easy switch with power indicator lights up to show the coffee maker is on, or to remind you to shut it off. This easy coffee maker is simple to clean and care for. We keep a stock of filters in the cabinet above the coffee makers.

Finally, for the French Roast enthusiast, we supply a Secura French Press, 304 Grade Stainless Steel insulated Coffee Press. Holding up to 34oz, the 18/10 steel, 3-layered stainless steel filter structure traps the smallest coffee grounds to produce an exceptional full-bodied flavor. This French press maker comes with Cool touch handle and knob for comfortable and safe pouring.

For our tea connoisseurs (which we do supply a few boxes in the kitchen), we supply our rental units with a 1500W electric kettle. This 1.8 liter kettle gets water boiling (212F) in about 5 minutes (depending on water quantity). Of course, our Avalon Water Dispenser also produces hot water, we just supplied another option for you!
